With currently 669 employees at 24 worldwide locations, Karl Heinz Dietrich covers the whole portfolio of the logistics industry. We are experts for sea- and airfreight, land and rail transports, and we offer a broad knowledge in value-added services. We move shipments on every continent but never forget our roots. Karl Heinz Dietrich is a family-owned forwarding agency with a long tradition, led in third generation by Dr. Hanns-Alexander Dietrich. Our biggest assets are our employees, who are involved in all processes of the company and who have the chance to develop according to their own preferences.

Our training programs

The comprehensive and extensive training of our junior staff is an integral part of Karl Heinz Dietrich's corporate philosophy. In almost all our branches, we train young people to become logistic specialists, warehouse workers and warehouse operators. At the Hamburg location we also offer training as IT specialist for application development and IT specialist for system integration.

Our trainees learn all processes in all important departments. Our goal is to prepare them to become employees who can act independently, make decisions and handle their projects from A to Z. The trainees have a very good chance to be hired and further promoted, at the end of a successful training period.
